DESCRIPTION:Extreme Programming Meetups > Oslo XP Meetup\n\nMany young Agil
 e or Scrum projects run into difficulties. Teams often have difficulty gett
 ing all their features done\, or they may have trouble getting them tested 
 within the current Sprint. Some teams experience a growing backlog of defec
 ts.\n\nRon Jeffries and Chet Hendrickson has been practicing agile techniqu
 es and extreme programming before the terms were even coined and has been h
 elping people to create a more effective and more enjoyable software develo
 pment process ever since. Both helped create the agile manifesto.\n\nIn Jun
 e\, they will give a summary of the most important lessons.\n\nRon and Chet
  is visiting Oslo while giving the course Improving Agile Practices.\n\nThe
  meeting will be at Onkel Donald in Universitetsgaten in downtown Oslo. We 
 have the area from 16:30 for those who want to eat first. I will be there f
 rom 17:00 with Ron and Chet. We have the area after the presentation\, and 
 I hope many of you will want to stick around and discuss the subjects after
