Details
Many young Agile or Scrum projects run into difficulties. Teams often have difficulty getting all their features done, or they may have trouble getting them tested within the current Sprint. Some teams experience a growing backlog of defects.
Ron Jeffries and Chet Hendrickson has been practicing agile techniques and extreme programming before the terms were even coined and has been helping people to create a more effective and more enjoyable software development process ever since. Both helped create the agile manifesto.
In June, they will give a summary of the most important lessons.
Ron and Chet is visiting Oslo while giving the course Improving Agile Practices. The Oslo XP meetup meeting is contingent on the popularity of this course.
As our usual venue, The Scotsman, is booked on this date, I am still searching for alternatives. If you have any tips, please let me know.
